I had a women bring in a military jacket she had purchased 10 years earlier. She wanted to replace the pants since they were worn out literally. Zelda has limited distribution and protects their store base. If you look in the stores directory on their site you will see they do not sell to every store on every corner. They are very selective. This means more money for your store since your margins will be stronger. Also their recommended markup is strong….57% to 60%. They don’t have to support a big brand name with lots of advertising so they can pass the increased margin on to your store.
Their quality is superb and if there is a problem they fix it right away. As a merchant I have to say they are a “cream always rises to the top company”.
